Hands-down my fave pic for Gluten Free Pizzas! Start with their Nudo base and create your own unique pizzas. Or, try their Margherita, oozing with fresh organic mozzarella cheese and savory basil – it tastes like it’s straight from Rome! They have three types of pizzas and all are delicious. The best part of Etalia – they are the only GF pizzas I’ve found that use ALL organic ingredients – from cheese, to bubbly crust, to toppings – these ingredients are ones you can trust. You’ll be hard-pressed to find a grocery brand that can claim the same.
Each shipment of Etalia pizzas comes packed in dry ice. I like to remove the outer packaging – pretty as it is – so they fit more easily into the freezer. Make sure you grab a pizza screen when checking out — they are reusable and provide the perfect base for air circulation around the rising crust.
Bake these at 500 F on a lower rack (I use the second from bottom) for 10 minutes; rotate halfway and bake for 3-4 more minutes for a scrumptious gluten free pizza pie!
